Combined with the Escalate Customer Interaction System, OpenViz enables easy access to large volumes of product, order, event and other information. OpenViz works across Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases and provides a dynamic framework for the presentation and manipulation of data using 3D graphics. Powerful OpenViz query capabilities can be used by Escalate customers to explore large data warehouses and quickly identify customer purchasing patterns and trends.

The Profiler is an interactive visual segmentation tool available with the Analysis Center. Users can pick any of the pre-defined profiles (user populations) and interactively explore sub-segments within the overall population. 
Users of Escalate Analysis Center can easily create their own data visualizations using an intuitive dialogue process.
